Capitalism requires freedom and opportunity.
Answer #2. They have republican forms of government.
Answer # 3 - The absence of diversity
They have small populations, easily managed. They are culturally, religiously, and racially homogeneous. They lack tribal animosity. The absence of diversity is unifying
Answer # 4 - Equality not Equity
They practice equality of opportunity, not equality of outcome. (Equity)
Equity cannot be achieved without coercion
Answer # 5 - Inclusion, excludes
Requiring 50% of pilots in training to be women and people of color, as United Airlines is doing, excludes on the basis of race and gender.
Bottom line: DEI is not fair.
Meritocracy is fair.
Competition is fair.
Free Enterprise is fair.
Equality of opportunity is fair.
DEI – results in the opposite of its stated intentions.
Diversity is divisive
Equity is not equality
